The Builders AGC

The Builders has a mission to advance lives through construction, and that means ensuring the future of the industry have the tools necessary to succeed.
There are a lot of myths and misconceptions about what it takes to get into the construction industry, who is best suited for a construction career and even what it means to have a career in construction. In addition to construction careers being well-paid and often in-demand, a career in construction can mean many things — from those who work on jobsites to those in behind-the-scenes roles in office settings.

The Builders Education and Training team provides training and ongoing professional development for the construction workforce. We work closely with apprenticeship programs to develop a pipeline of incoming talent, and we offer blueprint reading and estimating classes for those early in their construction careers. For those further along in their career, The Builders offers a variety of management and leadership courses.
